Refund policy

At RoaSkye, we strive to provide you with high-quality custom clothing that meets your expectations. As each item is custom-made, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Instead, you may exchange any eligible item for one of equal, lesser, or greater value.

   

2.⁠ ⁠Exchanges for Greater Value: If the new item you select is of greater value, you are required to pay the price difference at the time of exchange.

3.⁠ ⁠Exchanges for Lesser Value: If the new item is of lesser value, please note that we do not provide compensation for the price difference.

4.⁠ ⁠Exchange Timeframe: All exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

5.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Exchange: Items that have been customised to specific measurements, monogrammed, or altered in any way may not be eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

6.⁠ ⁠Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
